Within Old Republic, Old Republic Professional is responsible for underwriting public and private company Directors and Officers (D&O) liability insurance, excess Employment Practices liability, excess Fiduciary liability, and Professional liability insurance, principally Lawyers Professional liability. Old Republic Professional is headquartered in Chicago with underwriting offices in Denver and New York.
