Private Company Management Liability

There are a multitude of approaches to properly managing and, in turn, insuring a private company. Old Republic recognizes and understands that each risk is distinct and a "one-size fits all" approach to protecting personal and corporate assets is not appropriate.

Our highly experienced and empowered D&O underwriters have the ability to quote primary private company directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability.

The policy forms are currently available in 47 states and D.C., and we expect to receive final approvals from the remaining states very soon. The basic policy forms and applications (EPL, private D&O and fiduciary) can be seen here on our website, with the usual caveat that minor amendments may be required by individual states.

In addition to private-company management liability, we will entertain mono-line EPL and fiduciary liability for public companies.
